Frequently Asked Questions

Our art and poster prints are available in various sizes, ranging from medium to large to extra-large formats. Most sizes are standard ISO B1 and B2 sizes (500x700mm/20x28in, and 700x1000mm/28x40in). The specific dimensions for each artwork can be found on the individual product page.

The quality of the printed artwork is of museum-quality. The technique we are using is called giclée printing. It is a printing technique used to attain intense, saturated colours and a greater variety of depth and nuances. Combined with the premium art paper, it guarantees the archival conservation of colours for the highest possible age resistance.

We dispatch all orders within 48 business days. Often, we will dispatch even faster, in 3-7 days.  

We offer a 8 days refund upon receipt of the package, if you change your mind. A Christmas gift can be returned/exchanged until January 8.

The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping back to us.

Important! Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense (shipping costs is to be paid by you). If any items arrives back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund.

Please contact us at info@tallmanstudio.com before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail.

We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in anyway arrive damaged, please let us know straight away (latest within 3 days of arrival) so we can help you solve the problem.

We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items, and in some cases additional compensation, but do not offer a full refund. If you do not want a new item shipped we kindly ask for you to initiate a return instead or make another arrangement with us.

Important: Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send it together with other relevant information about the claim to info@tallmanstudio.com.

Remember to also state your order number in the e-mail. 

Our art and poster printwork on paper is carefully wrapped in silk paper and packed in a protective cardboard tube. For other materials than paper (for instance if your artwork is printed on a ready-to-hang Acrylic Glass plate, or on a Dibond plate) we use extra-protected carton boxes and sometimes wooden crates to ship the package safely to your destination.

All packages have track and trace. Tracking information with be sent to you in a separate e-mail from DHL, FedEx or PostNL when your order is being processed.

Yes we do. All orders are shipped from our studios in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands and from Cape Town, South Africa, and we ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx or PostNL (only in the Netherlands).


All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs. When ordering from outside of the EU, taxes are always applied. Taxes and duties are applied by local tax authorities and differ from country to country and will be based on the value of the order and the type and size of the product.

The responsibility is the recipient’s and it will not be accepted as a reason for refusing the package.

Due to import restrictions, we are currently not able to ship to Russia.

Our posters are available in various sizes, ranging from small to large formats. The specific dimensions for each poster can be found on the individual product page.

If your artwork is sent in a protective tube, please make sure to carefully take the print out of the tube and lay it flat on the ground for 12 hours. In our experience, we find most of our artworks framed with protected acrylic glass in front of them. Therefore, there’s little to none maintenance. Otherwise, a light dusting device will get rid of most dust.

Yes you can request a custom artwork. We take on commission assignments for our customers. Please let us know of your plans via the Contact page. Thank you. 

Yes we can re-size the artwork until a certain degree and some additional cost will be involved for doing so. Please fill in the contact page with your requirements, and we will be back to you ASAP.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods (s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tallman Studio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Netherlands, Europe and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Tallman Studio.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Tallman Studio.

Tallman Studio has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Tallman Studio shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation Of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Returns & Exchanges

Flexible delivery
If the service is available at the shipping destination the package will have On Demand Delivery (ODD) service included which allows you to:

– Change delivery to a DHL Service Point.
– Authorize DHL to deliver without a signature.
– Change the shipping address.
– Change the delivery date.
– Have it delivered to a neighbour.
– Hold the delivery for up to 30 days if you are not home.

If ODD is available on your order you will receive relevant information on either e-mail or SMS.

Important: Please be aware that if you release the signture on your delivery it happens at your own risk and we will not cover if the package is lost or stolen.

Delivery times
We dispatch all orders within 4-8 business days.

Netherlands
– PostNL: 1-2 business days
– DHL Express: 1 business day

Europe
– DHL Economy: 2-4 business days
– DHL Express: 2-3 business days

Rest of the world
– DHL Express: 3-4 business days

Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.

Note! We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays etc. If your order is delayed you can find more info in our FAQ.

If you are not home upon delivery
If DHL are not able to make the delivery they will contact you either by phone or e-mail to schedule a re-delivery.

Out of Stock

All products shown are in stock unless otherwise stated. However, if for some reason an item should be out of stock anyway, you will be advised by e-mail. If the item will be in stock again, you can choose to wait or cancel the order.

Colours 

Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets and smartphones, etc. the colour on the poster shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual poster.

Privacy

At Tallman Studio your personal contact information will be treated with confidentiality, and will not be shared with any third parties. For ordering handling purposes, however, we sometimes need to share your shipping details directly with the artist or our printing partner.
